So I've been really busy lately (ok, I've just been slacking off) and upon logging onto my account for the first time in a month, I see 1136 messages. My immediate suspicion was obviously that someone had been spamming my comment section with links to sections of the internet best left hidden from the eye of the public. I quickly entered my messages to find that the comments and favorites hailed from many different accounts, several of whom i recognized. "WHAT IS THIS TREACHERY?!" I shouted into the cold winter night, overcome by a wave of unchanneled rage before I finally cleared my head. Who could have done this, what was the motive. Think, think dammit.
This person is good, I thought.

After calming down I came to the conclusion that outside at a winter night was not the ideal place to be dealing with this, it could be several hours and i was not properly dressed against the cold. I proceeded to carry my PC inside and into my room, accidentally waking up my mom in the process. She was none too happy about me moving my computer in and out the house at those hours and inquired as to why I had been outside in the first place, upon which I answered "It seemed like the appropriate setting mother". I was then ordered into my room and she returned to hers, while mumbling on about how I was clinically insane and how she should have left me at the "loony bin" where I apparently, in her opinion, belonged. That woman has no appreciation of classic dramatic themes I thought, as I hooked up my system.

Finally I was back online, ready to pick up the trail where I left off. I accessed DA and went to the comment section of the piece that took the full brunt of the savage attack. I was hoping the content of the comments would provide some clue as to the identity and intent of this group. I say group because given the magnitude of the attack I had ascertained that this could not be the work of one lone individual. After looking around I discovered to my absolute horror that all the comments were on topic and commenting on my work. I see, this is how the spammer circumvents security and outsmarts the moderators. Clever I thought to myself, very clever. “HOWEVER!” I suddenly bursted out, “I see right trough your ploy and I shall expose you, whoever you are”.

Three days later, after trying to decode the comments for whatever insult or political message they might have contained I concluded it was futile. Whoever orchestrated this was surely a pro. Wallowing in self doubt and self pity I contemplated taking my own life to restore my lost honor, until I finally made a breakthrough. Over the comment section of the piece, right under "artist's comments" I found this:

"Wow! What more can you say about a piece as spectacular as Dragon ? The artist, ~surGeonFFS asks in the artist comments how people interpret the piece. Why don't you visit this fantastic piece and tell them your opinions? (Suggested by `lazybutt and Featured by ^cosmosue)"

My first instinct told me it was a diversion, something to keep me busy while the real criminal continued his mindless rampage against unsuspecting DA users. Despite my doubts, I was all out of options and from psycho analyzing the comments I had learned of the attackers’ sick distorted minds which meant they very well could be prone to leaving some sort of marking regardless of risk. It is human nature after all.

Lazybutt and cosmosue seems to be the overminds of the zerg that was brought down upon me. I shall find them and stop their spamming of innocent accounts. Even if it ends in my death.

PS:
Thank you all new watchers and favers. Much appreciated :)
